The overflow parking lot at Regina Airport in Canada is located approximately 350 meters from the terminal building behind the long-term parking lot. The entrance to this parking lot is on Tutor Drive across from the Gate Gourmet airline catering and provisioning service. This outdoor car park is paved, lighted and gated. The parking bays are clearly marked and wide. Travelers have 400 additional parking spaces available here. There is no maximum entrance height and you can park here with cars of all kinds. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the terminal building. You can use luggage trolleys for your luggage. Overflow parking lot is suitable for passengers traveling for a longer period of time. If you just want to pick someone up, please use the cell phone lot located on Regina Avenue entrance road. Cell phone parking lot has 28 stalls. You can park here for free while waiting to pick up arriving passengers. Overflow lot is not suitable for meeters and greeters. It is open only during peak periods in the winter charter season to provide parking-opportunity for all passengers.
Outward flight: You will drive your vehicle to the overflow parking lot at Regina Airport (YQR). Please follow the signs to overflow parking lot in front of the Gate Gourmet airline catering and provisioning service building. Upon entering the overflow parking lot, push the button for a parking ticket. Pull out the ticket and the gate will rise. After parking your car, walk about 5 minutes to the terminal building.
Return flight: Upon your return at Regina Airport, go to express pay stations located inside the airport terminal. The machine that accepts cash is located in the Arrivals area. Change machine and ATM available inside the terminal. After you have paid, you can use your ticket to exit the parking lot.
